RESERVATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that purchasing a Highland is an important decision. Our Mini Highland cow reservation policy explains deposits, refunds, cancellations, delivery, and pickup. Please review these terms before making a payment.

Mini Highland Cow Reservation

Customers can reserve an available Highland with a 50% deposit. The deposit allows us to hold the selected animal for the customer.

After we confirm your reservation, we may remove the animal from general availability. We then begin preparing the Highland for its new home.

Please make sure you understand the purchase terms before sending a deposit.

50% Reservation Deposit

We require a 50% deposit to secure an available Highland. The deposit goes toward the purchase price according to your purchase agreement.

Please reserve an animal only when you feel ready to complete the purchase. A reservation may prevent other customers from purchasing the same Highland.

The customer must pay the remaining balance according to the agreed payment terms.

If Your Plans Change

Plans can sometimes change after a reservation. If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review your situation and apply the refund terms in your purchase agreement.

Before Delivery or Farm Pickup

Please contact us if your circumstances change before delivery or pickup.

We will discuss the available options with you. We will follow the terms of your purchase agreement when deciding the next step.

Before making a reservation, please make sure you have the space, facilities, and resources needed to care for your Highland.

Transportation Costs

Transportation may cost extra. These costs remain separate from the animal’s purchase price unless we agree otherwise.

Transportation charges may include carrier fees, deposits, or other delivery expenses.

We will discuss transportation costs with you before arranging delivery.

Delivery and Pickup

We will confirm delivery or farm pickup arrangements with the customer before the scheduled date.

Customers should remain available and prepared to receive their Highland at the agreed time.
