Welcome to Willow Creek Mini Highlands. These Mini Highland terms and conditions explain how animal availability, health, transportation, buyer responsibilities, refunds, and purchase agreements are handled.

Please review these terms carefully before making a reservation or purchase. In addition, individual animals and transactions may be subject to specific terms provided in the applicable purchase agreement.

## Animal Availability

Animal availability can change at any time.

A Mini Highland may remain available to other customers until the reservation has been confirmed. Availability is not guaranteed until the applicable reservation terms have been completed.

## Health

Health-related matters are subject to the applicable Health Guarantee and the specific purchase terms provided to the buyer.

Buyers should review the applicable health documentation and purchase agreement before completing a transaction.

For additional information about animal health requirements, buyers may also review the official  USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) 

## Transportation

Transportation arrangements are subject to carrier availability, destination requirements, weather, veterinary requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing applicable transportation arrangements and requirements before the animal is scheduled to travel.

## Buyer Responsibilities

Before a Mini Highland arrives, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that their property has suitable:

– Shelter
– Fencing
– Feed
– Water
– Space
– Veterinary care

The buyer should ensure that these arrangements are in place before completing the purchase or receiving the animal.

## Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the applicable Reservation & Refund Policy and individual purchase agreement.

Customers should review the applicable refund terms before making payment.

## Purchase Agreement

Individual transactions may contain additional terms relating to the specific animal, payment, transportation, health documentation, or other arrangements.

The buyer should carefully review the applicable purchase agreement before completing the transaction.
